Er. Dilly Ram Bhatta will talk about Budigandaki Hydro Project: its management and Environmental Impact. He will share his experience and the positive change for the country and community.

Er. Dilly Ram Bhatta, who holds a Master Degree of Environmental Science  and Management (MSC), B.E. Civil Engineering and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. After his study he started working for the pharmaceuticals. He has long experience in the different sectors like District Engineer for Rukum, Mustant, Sindhuli, and Consultant Engineer for Minstry of Energy, Poverty Alleviation. Now he is working as Civil Engineer in Budigandaki Hydro Project.
