NAMI College initiated this program entitled “Leadership Wednesday” which is a platform to enhance the leadership skills of NAMI staffs and also a staff development platform by sharing each other’s knowledge and idea.

Today, Ms. Yashodhara Prasai (A Level Coordinator) presented about leadership, making the first presentation of this program. It was motivating one as all the participants got the opportunity to learn about effective leadership for the growth of an educational institute. The program was entertaining as she was able to engage audience in various  activities which reflected different sets of leadership skills present in each individual.

The program concluded with positive note as she was able to grab attention of each participant, making them capable to identify problems and solutions at the same time.
