NAMI welcomed Prof. Jin Wan Seo, Department of Public Administration, Incheon National University, South Korea. Professor Seo delivered a presentation on e-governance and an importance of technology in order to develop rural areas of developing country. The presentation was very much fruitful and immensely insightful for all of us.
