NAMI College organized the Pre-Induction programme for the Level-4 students on 17th September, 2019. Education is a process which empowers a student to think for himself and make his decisions in life. At NAMI it is our mission to provide our students a safe and intellectually challenging environment that will empower our students to become innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers and inspired learners to thrive in the 21st century. Through this pre-induction session we wanted to acclimatize our students with the college learning environment. The Programme started with the Welcome Address and Introduction of all the key contacts by Principal Dr. Bidisha Chakraborty followed by session on Career Overview and Transformation by Mr. Amardeep Mandal. Ice-breaking sessions including team-building and leadership activities were conducted by Mr. Rohit Sharma and Ms. Pratima Dewan to promote and foster mutual understanding among the students. We observed excellent participation of the students in all the sessions. We would like to thank the entire NAMI fraternity for their constant support and co-operation in organizing this programme.
