NAMI is a public limited company established under the Company Act. NAMI registered in the Company Registrar’s Office, Kathmandu, Nepal under Registration Number 1347/068/069 dated 4th June 2012 and its PAN Number is 600623818 dated 7th June 2012. The institute will be governed by all the rules and regulation of the Government of Nepal as well as basic rules of the parent University.
