MoU Signed between InfoDevelopers Pvt. Ltd. And Naaya Aayam Multi-Disciplinary Institute (NAMI)

Collaborative partnership between InfoDevelopers Pvt. Ltd. And NAMI gives NAMI students exposure to real-world industry experience.

NAMI College- Jorpati, Kathmandu, 17th July 2019

InfoDevelopers Pvt. Ltd. and Nami College have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for creating an incubation and research centre at NAMI college. The centre will provide NAMI students core technical trainings as well as help them in research projects under the direct supervision and guidance of highly-experienced senior software developers, architects and researchers of InfoDevelopers Pvt. Ltd.

This initiative is the first of its kind in the Nepalese IT market in which the members of academia and the industry have come together to bridge the gap between the two entities by collaborating to prepare the students to meet the high demands and expectations of the industry. The industry benefits from this kind of joint effort as it gets a constant supply of fully-trained highly-skilled talent pool, while the academia benefits by having their students well-trained thereby making them readily employable.

MOU highlights: NAMI and InfoDevelopers aim to encourage and support students to learn and participate in entrepreneurship activities and to encourage them to come up with innovative ideas. NAMI has allocated separate space for incubators to gather, discuss, hold meetings, and work on projects making use of all the resources available.

InfoDeveloper’s Developers will provide technical guidance to a number of students in their research as well as development projects. In addition, majority of students will be selected for incubation and research center. This MOU is definitely a stepping stone for both IT industry and academia, which will set the students on the path towards successful and enriching career path.

This MOU also casts a light on the value of Nepalese skill within Nepal and independence in emerging technologies. The thriving Nepalese IT industry has set a milestone with this alliance as it contributes to skill enhancement programs for students as well as developers.
